The system shows whether or not an item is in stock. If the item cannot be restocked or has been discontinued then it will not be displayed on our website.

Yes, although very slight differences in product trims/finishes may occasionally be noticeable.

All items from the PETER NON e-store are sold in perfect condition. However, if you should receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service department or follow the returns procedure outlined on our website.

Why has my card been declined?

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

We use “SSL” or “Secure Socket Layer” encryption technology to encode personal data that you send to us when placing an order through the website. Only 3D Secure transactions will be authorised for payments with Visa (“Verified by Visa”) and MasterCard (“MasterCard SecureCode”). After verifying that the card is supported, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorise the purchase. Once the card and password have been verified by the bank, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc., though never to a PO Box).

Can I choose a delivery address in a different country to the one in which I placed the order?

The delivery address must be in the same country as the one in which you placed the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard deliveries take 3-5 working days after the 7 days for production.

How much is charged for delivery?

Standard delivery costs €8.00 in italy, 20 in europe and 40 in the rest of the world.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, you can check the status of your order from the order menu once you have signed in to your account.

How can I track my package?

We will send you an email with a tracking code (along with a link to the courier’s website).

How do I return an item?

Items must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

We can also collect the items from your home on request. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24 hours(wherever possible). The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If the collection date is not convenient for you for whatever reason, please contact the courier to arrange a more suitable time.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Do I have to pay anything to return my item(s)?

The return of any item purchased from the Petrnon.com is always free of charge.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and with original tags/packaging), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact us and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Petrnon.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or received after the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition as when they were received by the customer.
